Welcome to Tales on Wood. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order, communicating with us, or accessing our platform (including WhatsApp or Instagram), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Service

Tales on Wood specializes in handcrafted wood products personalized with photos, names, and messages provided by customers. Each product is made to order and carved with precision into high-quality birch wood.

2. Placing Orders

You can place orders through:

• WhatsApp or Instagram direct messages

To complete an order, you must:

• Upload one photo
• Enter your customization text
• Provide a valid WhatsApp number for sketch confirmation

3. Sketch Preview & Approval

• Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will send a digital sketch preview to your WhatsApp.
• We begin production only after your confirmation.
• Once confirmed, the design cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Payments

We accept:

• UPI Payments
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – an advance amount is paid during order, and balance is collected upon delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and full refunds are allowed only before sketch approval.
• After confirmation, we cannot cancel or refund due to the personalized nature of the product.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after sketch approval.
• Delivery takes 7–10 working days across India.
• We also offer international shipping.
• Tracking details are shared once the product is dispatched.

7. Urgent Orders

For urgent or express deliveries, please contact us on WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to fulfill your request if production slots are available.

8. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There’s a manufacturing defect

To request a return:

• Share an unboxing video within 2 days of delivery
• We will arrange a free pickup and replacement

Returns without an unboxing video will not be eligible.

9. Warranty

• All LED-based products come with a 6-month functional warranty for light issues.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, text, and product visuals on our website and social media are owned by Tales on Wood. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate order and contact details
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted images
• Use our products only for lawful and personal purposes
