🔒 Important to Know

• Since every piece is custom-made, cancellations and refunds of advance or full amount are not possible once your sketch is made. Refunds are only possible in cases of non-delivery, damage in transit, wrong product, or mismatch.

• You cannot request a refund simply because you did not like the sketch or stencil work. In such cases, you may: share another image for sketching, or place a new order if you wish to proceed differently.

• Refunds are processed only through Razorpay’s Money Back Promise. Tales on Wood cannot issue refunds directly but will fully assist you in raising and escalating your claim with Razorpay for the fastest resolution.

• Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind requests once your order has entered production.

• If, in a rare case, Razorpay does not process a genuine claim, Tales on Wood will step in with a replacement product as a goodwill solution. (Replacement will be provided only after the Razorpay refund request is closed.)
