📦 Dispatch Time:

All custom wooden products are made to order and dispatched within 3-6 working days after confirmation.

🚚 Delivery Timeline:

We deliver across India in 7–10 working days from the date of order.

We use trusted delivery services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.

🛡️ Returns Policy

At Tales on Wood, every piece is handcrafted with care and customized just for you. Hence, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged Product Delivered
• Wrong Product Received
• Manufacturing Defect

To process a return or replacement, the customer must share an unboxing video at the time of delivery within 2 days of receiving the order. This helps us validate the issue and initiate a hassle-free resolution.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable before the final sketch is made. Once your order has moved to the production stage, cancellation is no longer possible. For post-delivery issues, we offer replacements, not refunds.

🔧 Warranty

Products with LED lights come with a 6-month functional warranty. If the lights stop working within this period, we’ll repair or replace the product at no extra cost. (Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.)
