If your product is delivered damaged, we will send you a new product. For which you have to send us the damaged product’s picture first and later the damaged product back to our registered address. Charges for return of damaged products will be borne by us.
In any case, refund of money is not possible once the order is processed.
If you didn't like our preview of your given image, you can ask us for necessary changes in it, and we will make sure that you confirm it before beginning carving on wood.
Your data is secured with us and we don't share your pictures with anyone. All the social media posts and website images are uploaded only after your confirmation.
